Who is Labdhi?

In Sanskrit, Labdhi means 'attainment' - the very essence of achieving one's desires. From her first breath, this powerful word has been etched into her mind, becoming the most frequently heard sound in Labdhi's life.
Neuroscience tells us that repetition rewires the brain. Her name, a constant whisper of possibility, has shaped her neural pathways to embrace achievement. It's not just a name; it's a subconscious trigger, priming her for success in every endeavor.
As a designer, She doesn't just create - she attains. Each project is an opportunity to manifest the very meaning of her name.

More about Labdhi: What is her background experience?

Labdhi Jain is a driven product designer with a knack for digital solutions. She cut her teeth at BORN XDS, diving into UX research and coming up with cool ideas for big names like Digiphoto and Aditya Birla. But she didn't stop there - Labdhi took it upon herself to write case studies and even ran workshops on design thinking. Talk about going the extra mile!

Her stint as a UX designer saw her digging deep into user behaviour and market trends. Now, she's leveling up with a master's in Designer Maker, focusing on stuff that matters - sustainability and social impact. Taking inspiration from esoteric disciplines like Jainism to bring new perspectives in the world of product design.

What sets Labdhi apart? She's got a toolkit that spans from picking up inspirations to executing ideas and she's always itching to learn more. And the best part? She's always looking to grow and tackle new challenges. She's really interested in making things that are good for people and the planet. She's still got a lot to learn, but she's eager to keep growing and hopefully make a positive difference in the product design field.

Why are you a design expert?

I bring new perspectives to the table. I follow the dots until I reach the roots to create design interventions. I have well built knowledge, opinions and ideas on design, although I like to be proven wrong. I also know the rules well enough to break them and create new design trends.

Your most important

design thinking tip?

Just as flexibility is the hallmark of a healthy body, it is also the essence of a thriving designer. In the ever-evolving world of product design, those who bend with change don't just survive—they innovate."
